How to Make an Appointment?

You may choose to fill out the contact form located on this website, email or call me directly to discuss setting up an initial appointment. Appointments are available via Telehealth.


How Much do Therapy Sessions Cost?

Therapy sessions are $175 for a standard 55 minute session. A sliding scale can also be discussed.


How Does a Sliding Fee Scale Work?

I respect the steps that you have already taken to get this far in the process of starting therapy. To that end, if you think that we might be a good fit together, and rate is a challenge for you, please contact me to discuss my sliding scale. 


Do I take Insurance?

I am currently in-network with Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Cigna and Husky. I can provide you with the necessary information to submit to any other insurance company so that you may access your out-of-network benefits. Please note that if you are planning to use your insurance, I am required to share certain information with your insurance provider. Contact me for more information on what this might mean for you.


What types of Payment do I accept?

Payment / Co-Pay is due at the end of each session. I accept most major credit cards.


What is my Cancellation policy?

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice, there is no charge. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be charged for the session.
